Daubs on their walls are never hung straight.

I confess, I do this wherever I feel safe to do so. With whatever is feasible.
Also I like to leave a sticker on the backside. -

@fesshole Time traveler here. I was hired by Wyndham, the parent company of Travelodge. They know what you're up to, so they send me into the past to the rooms you will eventually stay in, where I turn the art upside down. When you come and rehang them, you are actually turning them right-side up again. Sorry to ruin it for you, but I thought you should know.

@bit101 @imbl I first came across this site a couple of years ago. At the time, the site itself was much less informative about who was behind the initiative, but even at the time it smelled fishy, and I suspected that the main point was actually to help AI rather than humans. This thread confirms it, so I guess it's time to update my write-up at the time with a link to this thread.

I'm #StillInBrussels. I had planned to take an extra day for our first in-person meeting of the Social Web Working Group, but that fell through. Which is good, because I have a tonne of homework to do for Network Science. Tomorrow I'm free and I'm going to Antwerp for a day trip, then off to London for #ProtocolsForPublishers.

He, a white cis man, has a career as a musician and lyricist and is in both my classes this term, where he contributes sensitively in a milieu (course on what it means to study our imperially-entangled discipline on unsurrendered land, centring Indigenous ways of knowing and bringing these two into conversation) where classroom climate is everything.
