@evacide So many political scientists, war everywhere, so many physicists, oil, coal and gas combustion everywhere, so many theologians, hatred everywhere, so many biologists and physicians, illnesses everywhere. We have the knowledge and the insight, but humanity lacks will and consistency.

@ahalam can't say anything about the relevancy of the degree, but think right now you can go ask a toad in the swamp about the state of international relations in 6 months and get no worse answers than asking an expert in it. Nothing is sacred anymore and common sense is lying in bed with a bad fever.

@evacide I think otherwise. It's the perfect in these times to have a degree in International Relations, since you can test theories against complex practical oddities. And sure deduce and understand more than we ordinary people can.
