make a thousand decisions before the first strip ever gets posted. heck, before it gets drawn.

- what do you characters look like
- how do they talk
- what do your backgrounds look like
- do you want to do constant "in-location" backgrounding, or simplify to just colors/gradients after you've established a scene
- what fonts do you use
- what colors do you use
- what do your speech bubbles look like
- what do your Exclamation!! bubbles look like
- are you doing lots of sound effects, what are those like
- what's your framing gonna look like
- hey how do you wanna put the title on there

- oh by the way are you going for square images for social media sake or a wide rectangle format OR tall, page format
- oh right and what resolution do you want this to be at
- hey have you thought about a website
- hey have you thought about what comic viewer software to use for your website you've totally thought about

I get around the colours thing by going (mostly) b&w for interiors, but then there's still like "do I use screen tone and how will I use it?"

And then like "did I use enough ink?"
