Xchè il CSM non è organo di rappresentanza, ma di autogoverno
Un organismo tecnico che PER IL BENE DI NOI CITTADINI deve essere scevro di influenza politiche.
Ma dovev c'è potere (e nel csm c'è, per definizione) ed elezioni, c'è politica.
Per questo il sorteggio x me è il fulcro e la parte migliore di questa riforma.
Si estrae tra competenti (i magistrati) chi dovrĂ decidere della carriera degli stessi.
Dov'è il vulnus a indipendenza?

@max Gli ultimi tre paragrafi rendono chiarissimi i limiti. La lettura deve seguire il criterio narrativo e strumentale che tutto oggi governa. Di per sÊ il disegno presenta inganni evidenti e sottomette all'esecutivo i PM anche per esplicite dichiarazioni. Non trovo il sorteggio "interessante" ma lontano da una logica elettiva e di competenza. La duplicazione del CSM è altrettanto insensata. Ciò che resta evidente è la natura solo politica e strumentale di un intervento inutile e pericoloso

@Ingordi_Channel @android Ă sempre stato cosĂŹ: per pubblicare unâapp nel Play Store bisogna pagare, la distribuzione gratuita è disponibile solo negli store alternativi o direttamente dal proprio sito. Ed è proprio questo il punto, ora Google sembra voler limitare anche questi canali, cercando di estendere il proprio controllo anche fuori dal Google Play Store.
