I did tone down the part where I typed in, 'I doubt jack shit will happen because of this'.
I couldn't recall the name of the Mozilla engineer who went on a rampage on .social a few months ago, but I did reference that too.

@mplouffe @researchfairy oh noooo I missed that! What will happen -at best- is an "opt-out by default but we will keep asking and if you've already clicked on an AI thing in a previous version by accident we will presume you want opt-in" instead of "we actually want to be an ethical alternative to *waves hands at entire tech eco system*"
