@kiviboi I’m drinking a coffee called “Ban Azhaiman” from the West Bank. It came through merchant trucks. A cup costs me about $2 haha but it’s really worth it!

Salam malekum, Mohammed. I have spent some time reading about something Spaniards are pretty excited about these last days. There is a huge cycling event going through several cities in Spain and people are using it to protest against Israel and attending with Palestine flags. Lots of people in different villages and towns during several days. Each day more people are joining the protests.

@mohshbair I’m from the north of Spain, from a place called Galicia. Here we used to make coffee the same way—on the fire, in a pot—and in some homes it’s still done like that. In Galicia we call it café de pota. Thanks for sharing, you just brought back a beautiful memory.

Stavo cercando di impostare qualche piccola regola di selezione per film e serie in streaming, però devo dire che tolti i med drama, il sadismo mascherato da thriller e le infinite rivisitazioni di idee degli anni '70 e '80 resta davvero poco. Per fortuna mi piace leggere.
