@cwebber I've been considering giving guix a more serious try. Do you have a feel for how it compares with nixos these days? Last time I checked guix seemed less well developed (i.e. fewer programs and services with integrated config) but also nix is an irritating language and its community has far more governance issues. I'm growing in appreciation for LISPs in my old age...

Tbh, I find the stuff spritely and guix are doing after some of the really hopeful points in tech atm. So thank you and your comrades!

Facciano un po come vogliono, blocchino l'elettrico (che tanto non mi posso permettere ( ndr)) io ho ancora qualche tanica di gasolio agricolo in garage.

Se mai doveste passare o fermarvi a #mérida e vi va di mangiare un buon pasto vegetariano, vi suggerisco questo locale, lo "Shangri-La".
Ho preso un ottimo burrito con formaggio, seitan e verdure, seguito da crocchette di funghi in salsa di carote e champignons ripieni di radicchio, cipolla e formaggio.
Poi, 1 dolce alla banana e cioccolato bianco che a differenza di altri dolci spagnoli non ho trovato stucchevole. 21 €
Opzioni vegan.

@ramin_hal9001 Thanks for the suggestion. I am *really* trying to stick with gnome mobile for now but if/once I am finally broken then Phosh is the next UI I will try :)
I did do profiling, and when the bug happens >90% of my sampling was in the JS runtime. I reported my findings here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/verdre/gnome-shell-mobile/-/issues/70
Sadly no solution in sight yet, but would love to have more eyes look at this!

@justsoup normally it's fine, but once or twice a day it gets in a state where gnome-shell uses 100% of a CPU core. It does not let go until the process is restarted (relog or reboot). It'd be nice if it auto-rebooted when it happens honestly, the biggest thing with this is the battery life drain.
