To be very clear: there is no fraud epidemic in MN.
There was one nonprofit, called Feeding our Future, that committed egregious fraud during the pandemic. They were shut down in 2022 and many have gone to prison.
That’s it. There’s no rash of fraudulent daycares or preschools. There’s no more fraud than the baseline you get anywhere in the country. -
