Adding E2EE Task Force

@evan this is now established. E2EE task force members are encouraged to mention @e2ee directly in order to start topics from other software like Mastodon, etc.
There is no need to create your own account. You can simply browse the records by going directly to https://activitypub.space/category/30/e2ee-task-force — clicking on voting or reply buttons will allow you to hop back to your server to like/reply, assuming your instance supports Activity Intents (which reasonably recent Mastodon servers should)
