@toddsundsted You're probably referring to one of the Fedimeteo instance bots.
This instance publishes weather news from various locations. If one of your contacts follows one of these bots, you'll see it too.The project is very interesting, but of course, if you don't want to see them in your Timeline, you'll want to mute the entire instance.
