Last year I had a restriction -- to sketch using only one black liner. I got a bit weary of black and white by the end of it and so this time I'll try to use _a lot_ of color instead. -

Last year I had a restriction -- to sketch using only one black liner. I got a bit weary of black and white by the end of it and so this time I'll try to use _a lot_ of color instead.I like not following prompts for #inktober – every drawing becomes an entry in some sort of a visual diary. I can look back at the drawings from last year and instantly see how I felt, how tired I was and what occupied my mind at that moment.
Today I drew a bottle of Icelandic liqueur Þristur (based on a liqueurice candy of the same name).
The moment I finished it I smudged the ink, and while fixing it, smudged it even more. Yeah.
I decided to make it a statement. It's that kind of a day.

Yesterday I saw one of the most stunning auroras I've ever seen. It suddenly appeared right above my head, covering almost the entire sky. Bright green that turned into bright pink, all flowy and curtainy. All happened within 10 seconds or so, just enough time to grab a phone and snap a pic during the green-to pink transition

@ElManga unico hotel in zona che mi viene in mente è l'Hotel Valdarno a Montevarchi. La zona è brutta, ma l'hotel è fattibile.
Cmq io posso anche guidare se trovi qualcosa di più comodo non proprio qui in zona vedi tu.

Zig is amazing, yet there is one thing that I hate in that language.
Importing Zig code as file like import(‘./foo.zig’) isn't good idea. Rust’s approach is way cleaner, and it also forces developers to namespace their code properly.
On Zig, we have foo.zig that re-exports files under foo/ folder. Why don't we have mod.zig in each folder instead like Rust does? Sometimes it is very hard to track files and folders since this practice allows poor namespacing.
On many GitHub projects, I see code like import(‘../../allocator/mimalloc.zig’). Instead, I always stick with import('root’).allocator.mimalloc. Path-based code importing makes refactoring and restructuring code very hard, and this style is too prevalent in Zig projects right now.
I'm currently working on porting xv6 to Zig. I'm trying to properly namespace all the code I've written with minimal path-based import statement, which facilitates both reading and writing code.
