@aeva@lisyarus@jonikorpi It does, but I don’t use it for smooth movement or anything, so there’s no incremental drift. It’s mostly for map data which is already approximated via the density grid - it has a max accuracy of about 7cm anyway so losing a few fractions of a cm precision at the map edges isn’t a problem
@efialto you should see how slowly / carefully I'm walking now because I'm afraid to step on her... I'm always on the lookout for her position so I don't crush her 😅
@LeoRJorge thanks for the explanation! My parents don't have a single house plant... there's nothing for her to eat on, especially in my room, thus my question (we have a garden but nothing indoor).
@aeva@lisyarus@jonikorpi I do a lot of custom 2D calculations in our game and I stubbornly use FVector2f everywhere instead of FVector2D like UE likes to, because I just can’t make myself use a double when I don’t think I need it
@albertcardona ah we have basil in my uncle's garden (one street over) and we often keep fresh basil in a glass with water. Hmmm maybe I'll go fetch a basil leaf for her?

@OKdad actually her pre-school already asked me to do a presentation about FOSS and the Fediverse to parents... I plan to ask to do so in every school she's enrolled in (elementary / middle / high school) LOOOL 🤗 @Lognormal_guy
