@evan @KimCrayton1 It was *so* expat. There was even the Beirut Softball League, teams included the AUB faculty, AUB students, local American High School, US Marines at the embassy, Japanese community, and "The Pilgrims", all the missionaries and other official Christians.

@ju ok, ho fatto se non altro la ricerca sull'internet e trovato it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microchi… che dice che nei paesi civili si usano ISO 11784/11785 a 134.2 kHz
che ovviamente non sono quelle dei lettori RFID che ho già in casa
ma in giro ogni tanto si vede gente che ha fatto progettini per fare le porticine con apertura tramite chip, quindi di sicuro i lettori ci sono (ok, quasi sicuro. magari sono quelli per i chip usati nei paesi non civili)
serve solo il tempo per mettercisi (sigh)
