Last year we mobilised with many to #LeaveX in the Spanish collective action #VamonosJuntas https://vamonosjuntas.org Now the collective transitioning continues. Indeed, breaking free from these corporate network effects is not so easy. Better move together and have some fun in the process!

The royalty system is broken. Spotify unilaterally changed royalty payment rules to artists.
"Musicians might notice that 87% of tracks now receive the same from Spotify as from Anna's Archive: zero"
"Since April 2024, no track with fewer than a thousand streams a year on Spotify can claim any royalties from the platform. According to music data researchers Luminate, that’s 175.5 million tracks unaccounted to by Spotify, out of a total 202 million."
