Vorrei un libro di cucina vegetale che non sia un libro di ricette, più simile tipo ai libri di Bressanini (che ho già ). Purtroppo trovo sono libri di influencer in cui trascrivono le loro ricette.
Ho visto su altre parti del fediverso che esiste "Big vegan flavor" di Nisha Vora: sembra quello che cerco, ma sembra anche pensato per un pubblico suburbano statunitense e che quindi mi stufi subitissimo (il suo canale YouTube è così, not my thing), qualcuno lo conosce?

@eniko this statement needs a qualification in terms of screen size. 4K on a 15" is just scarce of 300dpi, and for text it really does matter: not in the sense that you can fit more in the same screen estate, but in the sense that the legibility is better (yes, the benefits are higher at smaller font sizes, but standard-to-larger sizes also benefit).
A 27" 4K monitor has approximately the same DPI as a FullHD 15.4. Decent, but not particularly good, unless viewed from a significant distance.

@eniko if I put my face near a giant TV on a store, and the 4k TV is next to the 8K tv, I can tell the price difference.
