@Tutanota For anyone that is interested in a note taking program and hasn't had much success with traditional folder hierarchies for organization, I've really found Logseq works well for me and saw it wasn't one of the provided options for that question.
It really wasn't intuitive at first and took me a concerted effort to avoid hierarchy organization, but once I did, the "concept"-based organization really clicked.

What is the point of mixing mail services/servers and client? Anyway, Betterbird is European, Thunderbird American. Please support Betterbird. Serverside, I'm testing most of the services (Murena, Infomania, Tuta, Proton)

@Tutanota Hi. I am a subscriber and a big fan of Tuta. I know this is perhaps the wrong place to ask but I am looking for info on when Tuta Calendar will support multiple day agenda view? Or what calendar app you recommend while waiting for such a function.

@Tutanota Bitwarden US tech, hosted on US service, self hosted possible but also pass by US server for update.
So no thanks

I wish, whilst I myself have a 6 year old Chromebook with ChromeOS (booting Linux on it is a pain due to proprietary bios and stupid hardware), so I am free of Microsoft’s grasp (not Google’s 🥲). At school the main operating system on computers is Windows, such a fckn pain!! I don’t need copilot baked into every single fckn service!!!
And for university I’ll probably also need to use Windows, you can say whatever, but if uni says I need it, I don’t have a choice

@thatonewalnut That's true and it's pretty unfortunate that more people aren't willing to adapt to Linux, but let's hope that in the future this will change for the better.

@thatonewalnut And also many distros look & feel very modern and consistent probably even better than Windows has ever been, the kinds of Fedora, Zorin, etc... What do you think?

Exactly
And tbh, I am going to use Linux regardless of whether I can use it for uni due to the power of dual booting!! (or even better, getting a separate Linux machine) It’s just a bummer I still have to use Windows for the stuff that actually matters.
I might try to lobby my uni into adopting Linux, but we’ll see how realistic that is, I understand that if all their software is built for Windows, I most likely don’t stand a chance.

As someone who hasn’t (been able to) use Linux yet, I am quite attracted to Zorin OS’ cleanness and ease of use. (And the fact that it is Irish, Irish people are the nicest people ever).
Especially with Zorin’s Education edition and Zorin grid combined with its usability, I personally think it’d be great for schools and universities to use!
