I've been using Fairphone since 2020 (FP3, FP5 and now FP6).

@max everyone seems to be against the lastest model as it's got Google ai (from what I've read) but you can also run Linux on it? Is it just a more ethical android phone. I was thinking about going in on number 5

The only AI I'm aware of is Gemini but you must enable it, it's not enabled by default.
Of course it's a Google phone with all pros and cons. However, you can also buy FP6 with e/OS/ preinstalled.
I'm not a fan of phone rooting but as far as I know you can install other OSes on your FP. Anyway, on these topics I leave the floor to @WeAreFairphone because it's not my cup of tea.

Sono stato bloccato su Wikipedia perché mi sono dimenticato di disattivare il mio VPN. Boh. Non posso più contribuire fino al 2027. Va bene tutto ma siamo nel 2025 usare un VPN ormai è una cosa comune. Wikipedia aggiornati e trova un modo più intelligente per individuare le persone fraudolente.
Il mio blocco è ingiustificato e mi sembra un’esagerazione. Qualche esperto che riesce a darmi una mano a sbloccare la situazione? Fanno passare la voglia così

Oggi alla Coop di Cuneo ho trovato queste, ma non ho avuto il coraggoi di comperarle (il prezzo non si vede ma erano pure care).

Volevo aggiornarvi circa il fatto che l'installer ubuntu non mi vedeva le partizioni ntfs sul portatile, rendendomi impossibile fare un dual boot. il mitico @snow mi ha suggerito di provare linux mint, è andata su quasi senza problemi e mi girano perfettamente anche i giochi di steam! Sono molto contento! :)
