I'll never understand people that go for a run in the morning. You mean to tell me you leave your house voluntarily??

@Gina it's amazing! If you managed to get this done, you can tell yourself "that's the most difficult thing that will happen today and I've already done it"

@Gina I am (sometimes) one of them. But it is not voluntarily. It’s a must.

@Gina I don't understand people who talk in the morning. I am not ready to have other people's thoughts imposed on me until after the second coffee.
At least when I am out on a run I am with my own thoughts. 😆

@Gina You even have to leave your bed, first! 😱

@Gina it's basically the opposite of pressing the snooze button!
With a snooze button you have to go through the horrors of waking up several times a day.
With going for a run you get to experience the joy of coming home, without (many) horrors in between leaving and returning! -

@Gina Mornings are for coffee drinking and copious swearing. That or sleeping. The best mornings are slept through. Definitely not for running.

Morning runs are great. Changing and getting started is a major pain, but once I'm out there it really feels wonderful. -

@Gina I even saw people doing so in Amsterdam in winter.

@Gina My issue isn't the leaving the house part, it's the running part instead of just walking if you've got the time or riding your bike if you need to get somewhere quicker.
