Ok indipendenza della magistratura.
Ma giustizia per i cittadini?Perchè anche tu parli di magistrati, ma di cittadini?
Senza arrivare al caso tortora, ma quanti altri malimagistrati sono stati mai davvero puniti per i propri sbagli?
Il CSM lo hanno distrutto in primis decenni di giustizia non amministrata.

E questo distrugge la fiducia nella magistratura, che è l'unico TESORO a cui dovrebbe davvero tenere un magistrato.
