Okay so I've been playing #Silksong for around 6 hours now and I think it's safe to say it's more than a worthy sequel of #HollowKnight and an incredible achievement on its own right.

Okay so I've been playing #Silksong for around 6 hours now and I think it's safe to say it's more than a worthy sequel of #HollowKnight and an incredible achievement on its own right.

Ok so I've been playing #Silksong for almost 12 hours at this point and it's still an absolute blast. The difficulty ramped up quite a bit tho and the currency is pretty hard to obtain.
Still loving it tho!
Here's a clip with the latest boss I beat, which took me way too many attempts. I was so stressed I paused it, but it ended well!

@joel I have never played Hollow Knight, but might at some point. I bought Silksong last night and will hopefully start playing today or tomorrow.
I'm super excited to play it. It reminds me so much of Ori and the Will of the Wisps, which I absolutely loved!

@cliffwade just keep in mind the difficulty compares to Souls games like Elden Ring

Progress continues on #Silksong. Played around 17 hours now.
This is the most important boss fight in this session, but I unlocked quite a lot of stuff. Right now I'm stuck in the boss fight in a chapel with a giant fly thing
The music of this game is simply incredible I ended up buying the soundtrack on #bandcamp now.

So 20 hours into #Silksong I finally managed to defeat this little devil. What an absolute nightmare with the adds this was.
Thankfully, now the road is clear and I *think* I did everything I can in the areas I have access to, gotta keep playing tomorrow!

I didn't play that much #Silksong today (I decided to read books for once) but I explored more of Sinner's Road and it's no longer as scary as it seemed to me at first.
I actually went to another place which had a boss fight against two red drills but I didn't feel like fighting this session, so yeah!I also fulfilled a couple wishes, which was nice
Only 23 hours of playtime thus far

I managed to find two new areas that are very close to Sinner's Road, on both of them I couldn't get the map, I think I need an extra ability later on.
I went back to the Blasted Steps area and defeated the red drills, managed to defeat one and get a new attack!
Now I'm going to face The Last Judge, probably tomorrow tho.

@joel ok but how good are you at this game?! I only barely made it past Bell Beast

@Gina hey! Good job! It can definitely be difficult, but if you persevere and learn to enjoy the process, and don't panic or get greedy. If you are patient and don't try to get hit after hit, you'll get through everything!
If you notice my clips I really tend to spend LOTS of time just idle and seeing what happens, I even think "wow that even looks boring lol" but in the moment that itch to "I must attack as much as possible" is something you should ignore, patience is key
