In Kyiv 🇺🇦 today, President von der Leyen has shown that our commitment remains as unshaken by Russian terror as the Ukrainian people.
To stabilise the energy system, we've launched a €920 million ‘Repair, Rebuild, Restart’ plan, adding to the 11,000 generators already delivered.
We are helping Ukraine resist until peace is restored on Ukraine’s terms.

What about the billions in frozen russian assets? UN estimates talk about more than 500 billion usd needed for Ukraine to rebuild. Europe could put a big dent in this number if only all of our officials weren't either cowards, idiots, or corrupt -
