I had the dreaded mammogram. I heard so many nightmare stories about how uncomfortable/painful it can be. I guess I got lucky with a good technician. It was quick and painless.

@dillyd so glad it went well and that most of the women replying here also had good experiences. Mine was excruciating but I suffered from breast pain for years. It was made worse because they detected something in a hard-to-scan place. (Negative biopsy, all good).
Still, I'll always attend my screenings - I'll just know to take strong painkillers before next time

@mandy ugh sorry to hear it's painful for you! Good choice to go through it anyway. I guess a few moments of pain is much better than letting something go undetected.

@shoofle i've been losing the battle against my phones for years tbh. it's so much effort to hunt for compatible models and custom rom and root every new phone just to maybe sometimes get to feel like u really own the device
