I have a general question, and I'm going to start by flinging it at you.
Is there a CENTRAL RESOURCE, that you know of, anywhere, that stores women's contributions to Science and Technology since ever?
Is somebody trying to compile such a database? And make it publicly accessible?
There is STILL this prevailing, EVIL fantasy - and given my age and the environment I grew up in, I BELIEVED IT for a long time - that women were 'the minor contributors' all the way along.
