Nope, not a mild disease, specially in countries where vaccination rates diminished, as it was in Mexico. It is horrible that parents are more than willing to put the life, health and safety of children (not only their own children) on the line.
In Germany a reduction of vaccination rates (especially the second dose) is noted.
Can’t believe our “civilisation” moves back to the dark times with increasing numbers of polio, pertussis, measles aso. because people don’t trust science.

Current president Sheinbaum is trying hard to speed up vaccination to make up for past failures.

It isn’t.@kityates My mother had measles when pregnant with me - my frailness as a child may be partly to do with that. I’ve made the most of my health since then (have always struggled a bit) and vaccination is a must for me and my loved ones.
