Gentle reminder that EVERYONE shot by ICE or the police is innocent. Every single one. Cops aren't Judge Dredd. A person is innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT, so until a person is found guilty by a judge or jury, they're innocent. They're ALL innocent.

Yes. This is what the law says.

Of course, the law also says no one is above the law.

That all ended on July 1st 2024 when the Supreme Court of the United States granted one man total immunity from prosecution. A man who could then, in turn, pardon anyone he feels like.

The American Constitution cannot exist side by side with one man who stands above it all...

Why gentle?

Our media and political class seem intent ensuring that the mere suspicion of criminality or the existence of a criminal record are de facto justification for arrest without warrants, denying due process, and even summary execution by govt forces.

This idea is literally monstrous, antisocial, and tyrannical, much like the police impunity it works to protect.

Instead of being gentle, slap the living fuck out of people until they think correctly about it.

The President of the United States says he wants to make my country the 51st state, I believe my cynicism is well earned...not to mention FOUR YEARS of nothing after J6...the most clear cut example I have seen of treason in my lifetime.

@theleftistlawyer Technically speaking, so is the ICE agent. He'll continue being innocent too because it's highly unlikely he'll be prosecuted.

It's not going to be long before this argument is used against those who say, "Murderer!" We should expect accusations of slander and sedition based on this very premise.
