If someone calls you(r company) to ask if it's correct that the bank account on the invoices has changed since the previous invoice. Do not respond with "the bank account that's on the invoices correct". Instead, reply with the last four digits or the actual bank account itself.

Anytime when I'm paying an invoice and I noticed that the bank account on the invoice has changed from last time, I call those companies. If you're going to respond with "yes the bank account on the invoices correct" instead of letting me tell you the number that I'm seeing or you telling me the number directly... Then there was no point in me calling you because no verification here has happened
