in other good news we're back to grass touching (well snow touching), getting some runs in. going to take it seriously for a bit, the plan is to be in aus for a while (like 7 weeks) around easter so i'll also maybe be able to run where there's positive temperatures and hills. exciting. my current best pace for 5k is 4:10, so we're going for the 3 minuteses.

@Yaku @gecco comunque avendo la lavastoviglie anche i bicchieri di plastica da bambini dell'ikea (o equivalenti) non sono male: resistenti agli urti, stabili, facili da gestire, ed essendo di plastica rigida c'è pure il rischio che rilascino meno roba loro nelle bevande rispetto a quelli di carta con la pellicoletta di plastica morbida.
supponendo che sia il genere di festa in cui non è il caso di far usare bicchieri di vetro, ovviamente
