@jonathanclarke Yeah, I get the rationale, which is why I think it's a good idea in principle. However, I don't think it's a good idea to replace a mess with a bad idea.
An EU-wide reform of company law should reflect the best from across jurisdictions, and should communicate its origins with its own naming - rather than aping the US.
