๐จ The Israeli naval blockade of Gaza is unlawful.
International law is clear:
๐น A blockade that deprives civilians of food, medicine, and aid is prohibited.
๐น A blockade that disproportionately harms the civilian population is prohibited.
๐น Israel has no legal authority over Gazaโs waters - they belong to Palestine.The flotilla sails with every valid legal right to deliver aid. Any attempt to stop it violates international law and the law of the sea.
We sail not only with solidarity, but with the law on our side.
