I worry a lot about failing.

I worry a lot about failing. A lot. A lot, a lot.
And sometimes I am sure that just trying matters more than failing. More than sure, that it matters much more.
I wish I could permanently reverse those thoughts in my mind. To worry a lot about trying, and to only sometimes think that failing matters at all.

@afreytes I work in sales. I am paid on commission based on a contract amount.
And brother, I fail 80% of the time 😂 and only convert 1/5 times.
The struggle is real

@jeff I couldn't do that... My impostor syndrome would destroy me every day.

Not that I'm good enough to have actual impostor syndrome, but yeah

@afreytes Take heart and trust yourself. Long ago I'd get hardcore imposter syndrome all the time... then I realized what the alternatives to me were offering.

@afreytes I like to say "forty fifth time's the charm". I'm not failing 40 times, that's just part of my process. If it takes less tries, great, then I'm ahead of schedule. I finally got my latest game to stop crashing and desyncing on release version 42. All according to plan.
