astounding how bullshit-free my life is and yet i can't seem to get anywhere. no distractions, yet i am squandering my time. how? i don't even know what i'm doing wrong. i have a vision. i have the competence. i make compromises. and yet it takes me decades to innovate.
maybe my mistake is having patience. or maybe i want the impossible. or maybe what i want takes several lifetimes to achieve and a one dork army isn't going to cut it. or maybe i don't know how to just be happy. idk.

@lritter the amount of time a project takes is proportional to the number of greenfield technologies that need/want to be developed for it and/or number of unsolved problems of computer science standing in the way
