First theory to come to mind:Beer was involved.
Man driving car from passenger seat, leg diagonally on the pedals, hand on bottom of steering wheel. Put dog in driver's seat, thinks he can dodge DUI if stopped.
"Why no, ossifer, my dog was driving the car. I guess you'll have to give him the ticket now, but he can't pay, he doesn't have a wallet!"

I wish I could work 23 hours and sleep just 1.
When I say work, I don't mean office work, but trying to write, and do gamedev, and maybe work on myself.
This "you have to sleep" thing... It's awful limiting.
