My list of people who should be banned from speaking in polite society grows by the day. Not banned from speaking anywhere. Even despite everything I respect 1st amendment, but the idea that they get a global platform is bullshit. They should be forced back to Stormfront and KiwiFarms if they want to spew bile.

@itgrrl for desktop, it's still Fedora. Still rpm and dnf. I've tried other stuff over the years, but Fedora is the right combination of responsible adult stewardship, good taste both technical and aesthetic, good package selection, up to date packages, and a deep bench of technical talent that makes good choices...e.g. systemd is configured appropriately and correctly. I use the standard Gnome desktop spin.
