Hot flashes are better known, but yeah, you can ice-flash too. And the best way to survive is a good hot pad.

I get both! And all those websites that say they can last "up to" five minutes? I call bullshit! I was my own personal fridge for an hour yesterday, and my face regularly burns red for an hour at a time.
