@mym I am for this, but I'm duty bound as your wife to inform you that this dangerously close to the aesthetics of deer stands. I think the overlap can be avoided with careful execution, however, but the risks must be stated.

@are0h For me personally, I actually would love to see Blacksky succeed, even if the rest of the ATProto ecosystem fails. And he actually has said before that he's not doing it for the rest of the network, but for his community, which I think is admirable. And I think Rudy's vision is good and he's putting in the hard work.
But I agree that it's difficult to critique this situation, where I mean to be critiquing Bluesky, without it look like a critique on Blacksky, even if that's not my goal
