Seems I've just been doing house projects full-time for the past while. I get the feeling the prior owners were not exactly 'handy people' (which is totally fine to be clear) so every time I fix something I seem to find more things to fix. e.g. The shower / laundry used to smell awful because the washing machine drain didn't have a trap, and didn't seal properly either, and was also sideways because whoever cut the hole did it about 10mm off the actual drain. So that was this afternoon's job.

Next up is fixing the shower so it doesn't leak all over the floor, alas I can't fix the fact that they bodged the floor and it doesn't drain, but I can at least fix it so the shower doors actually close, and replace the seals. Then I want to do something with the lan cabling, ideally I'd punch it through the wall into the adjoining closet, but there's no power point at the cable entry, nor in the closet. So a bit unsure on my plan there. We do need an electrician to do new outlets anyway tho...
