Evan -- I looked into it, and it appears they can do it. I don't think they should. It doesn't say anything about their product that means anything. I would have gone for a name that means "Make A Lot of Money" or "You can trust us with your money" for the other side of the bargain.
My guess is they want to turn this into a billion dollars or more because it's related to AI. I wish I had never heard of this. I don't care about that kind of tech. ;-)

not only are horizontal coordinates the choice reference frame for backyard astronomers, the "altitude h" angular measurement is probably closer to the solution I wanted than my earlier framing of the problem. narf
