"I did," the robot said.
"How?"
"I took one arm off, put in a wireless interface so I could still use it, and put it in a vice, then turned-"
"OK. Why?"

@shadowfals I have always lived in countries where health care is free or very affordable, and when writing this story I imagined maintenance of self-aware robots would be the same.

@MicroSFF But only I know what's wrong with me, and I don't trust anyone else with that information, so I have to be the one to fix it. Story of my life.
