I didn't know what a besom broom was, so I looked it up.
«When the twigs are ready, he trims them to the correct length, sits astride his ‘broomhorse’ (an ancient contraption used by all besom makers) and rolls a bundle of them into the required shape.
Next, he clamps them in the horse’s ‘jaw’, which is pulled downwards with a rudimentary mechanism controlled by his feet.» (from https://besombrooms.com)
Sounds like a shaving horse or a bodger's shavehorse, though I can't find a good photo of one. Are you going to carry one along to teach?
Meanwhile, the broom itself looks like many brooms here. I wonder how they're made here (though I doubt they involve a broomhorse). I shall try to find out sometime.

il rraddoppio della cconsonante iniziale lo abbiamo spesso anche qqui dalle mie parti.
Però a Rroma si scordano le doppie DENTRO le parole (alle medie venne una nuova companga di classe di Roma e diceva cose tipo caro invece di carro)
