No reply to the ticket.
I'm quite surprised - they're usually quite responsive.

They're usually quite responsive, but I've been waiting 12hr+ for a reply now as well about a DNS issue.

@jorijn @hetzner I guess it might be related to the Black Friday flood. But still...
Now, I can access the VM via the Hetzner console, but it seems it's offline. And it seems it's not been rebooted, so it continued to run even if unaccessible.

@netzwerkgoettin fingers crossed. This is a secondary machine, not critical at all. But I'm starting to be worried, as I have some critical servers in Hetzner (with external backups, of course) and I've always relied on their good support.
But this is scary.
