Anyone have contact with Microsoft network ops?

Anyone have contact with Microsoft network ops? They've blackholed my SMTP (204.11.50.134) (which is used by me and half a dozen other people, none of whom send spam), and my admin's on vacation and I don't wanna screw up his time off. This is obviously a false positive though.
@pluralistic Sorry I can't help. MS is so annoying. They don't follow RFC and have created a garden wall around half the planet's inboxes. I can offer stuff you probably already know though: Their blacklisting is generally reputation based, and a full DMARC configuration is needed to avoid automated scrutiny.

@pluralistic go to olcsupport.office.com and log a ticket. They do resolve things. It normally takes two iterations. They say there is nothing wrong with your IP, then if you think there still is, send them error messages. But it does get fixed.

@Cory Doctorow Welcome to Big Tech's subtle ways to disrupt other mail systems, so that people will decide to "just use Microsoft, that always works".
Google does the same. Completely legit mail will disappear, or be marked as spam without any reason. "If you use GMail to send mail, that doesn't happen." -

@pluralistic Sir, I do not wish to frighten or alarm you, but dealing with Microsoft with regard to email issues is akin to performing an auto appendectomy with nothing but LSD and Absinthe as an anesthetic.
I wish you luck. Moreso, I truly hope you retain your sanity and composure in the face of the Lovecraftian horrors that lie before you.

@pluralistic there's https://sendersupport.olc.protection.outlook.com/snds/Index but you'll need a Microsoft account and a fair wind to log a report of false positive

Logs and error messages help.@kat @pluralistic Once filed, hit me up if you need someone to push from inside the company. Happy to help, especially if I have a name of someone to escalate with (it’s a big company and that’s not a team I work with).

@pluralistic One of the larger bills I pay for Internet services is for outgoing SMTP. Basically I pay them to deal with all this shit.

@beasts @pluralistic it's only a 3 trillion dollar company, you can't expect them to get basic services right.

Good luck. I'm sorry I can't help you but I won't be surprised that they blacklisted you **purposely**
