Microslop's CEO is on a roll!
Few weeks ago he begged us to stop using "slop" because it makes AIs sad. Days ago he complained "AI boom might falter" if we don't start using more spicy autocomplete.
Now he's begging developers to "do something useful" with lying machines, or they might lose the "social permission" to boil the planet.

@rysiek They can cool down the planet with shareholder tears for all I care.

@rysiek Funny, so he really does think they have any kind of social permission they might lose.

@rysiek Strange, so basically this miracle machine that can code as well as humans in a fraction of the time and make us all obsolete isn't actually building anything useful? You'd think apps and websites would be flying off the shelves and yet... nothing seems to be any quicker. Huh. INTERESTING.

@rysiek at this point if someone could just turn Microslop off and not bother turning it back on again that would be great, thanks 👍🏻

@rysiek «Microsoft, these days better known as Microslop since Satya Nardella boasted about 30% of it's coffee being produced by generative large language models (improperly called “AI”), is asking it's users to uninstall a Windows update patch that made most installations unserviceable it was pushed through Microsoft's invasive automatic update system»
