@Gina I left TikTok the moment I realized that Cheeto was trying to set himself up as it’s savior. I wanted nothing to do with it after that.
And I’m glad I did. I noticed that it became much easier to deal with my mental health afterwards.
But I also don’t disagree with anything you said. I think for a lot of people it is a source that they need and is useful.
It just felt too icky for me after he stuck his orange fingers into it.

@Gina I tried the Bluesky version of Tiktok (Skylight) and it's coming along nicely. I think the problem I had with that one is the algorithm can't quite respond to your inputs. 8/10 videos were political in nature and a bit much. Hoping Loops can be a little more diverse in their videos and I'm all in.

@max @thatgiga @ju effettivamente duole notare che di sanzioni Israele non ne riceve. Che tutto sommato solo una piccola parte dell’umanità si accorge del carnaio che stan combinando. È come se le coscienze fossero “anestetizzate” ormai, purtroppo.

Al mondo intero importa abbastanza poco, fossi Israele non mi preoccuperei troppo di essere invisi al mondo intero (ammesso poi che sia così e ammesso che l'essere invisi a questo mondo porti effettivamente qualche svantaggio).
