Il tema ricorre, sia pure per esigenze differenti: il governo polacco ha deciso di aumentare la tassazione delle banche dal 19 al 30 per cento il prossimo anno, e poi ridiscendere gradualmente. Obiettivo contribuire alle spese per la difesa, in un paese il cui deficit è quasi al 7 per cento del Pil. Le motivazioni di Tusk sono puro populismo, checché ne dica

@aeva @glassbottommeg was going to write a pedantic answer but thought better. now, the point: that's the real question isn't it, for writing for older specs: will all this _potential_ extra units translate into _actual_ extra units, and there i think we come back to the bane of indies? luck and reach?
