I tried to get into sleep a few years ago. Kept a dream journal, practiced lucid activation, came up with ways of falling asleep faster, tried loads of different types of white noise. Only bit I really held onto was the weighted blanket.

@mcc very long story short - I have a couple of lifelong sleep disorders, a passing interest in Jung, and a lot of autism.

I went down a real deep rabbit hole about dreams and dreaming in my teenage years, then another one in my 20s when I was trying to figure out why I could stay up for a week straight (protip: that's bad)

And now in my mid 40s I'm now the person all my friends and family talk to about sleep and beds
