Found a photo of me in rehab about two and a half years ago. I was a right porker (and had already lost about eight kilos at this point). Wearing my swimming cap, because why not?
The people were lovely. Touchingly, when taking my taxi to leave there were eight "inmates" lined up to give me a kiss as I left. I'll admit to getting a bit emotional.
We had some very personal conversations while in there and two people confided in my about being abused as a child, and I think that's possibly hugely underreported in addiction and generally self-destructive behaviour - neither had ever mentioned it to anyone before. It was actually pretty incredible how we supported each other (I'd gone totally off the rails for nine months after losing my Dad and little brother).
And thanks to French healthcare, it was free. I think I'd be dead now otherwise.

The next version of NodeBB (v4.10.0) will ship with the ability to set alt-text with images :writing_hand:
While this was already natively supported in-site, the alt text wasn't federated out until now.
Thanks to @kirk@social.coop who filed the original bug report (a long time ago actually :grimacing:)
