@eniko That had a propaganda effect on me, I did not figure out that qbasic could be compiled ---and qbasic programs be much faster--- until 25 years later!

@eniko Last time I did that was in the late eighties. A long night of coding together with the woman who is now my wife, on something that made music. We ended up going to the alll-night in the Breestraat, Leyden,, getting snacks and half-liltres of Amstel beer. playing the music game we made, and then falling asleep and missing college the next day.
Amstel beer, btw, is not nice.
