blu-ray never should have become the predominant physical video formatnot only because of the DRMbut because the blue lining around all video cases makes them so much uglier, it doesn't matter how good the cover art is

We just had our last dinner on our Nova Scotia vacation. Tomorrow we're heading to Québec city to have dinner with my parents and brother (it's his birthday!) and sleep there. Thankfully I don't work until Wednesday! Dinner was absolutely fantastic (we're sleeping at a B&B that has only three rooms and a restaurant attached to it). We ate outside, view on the water, with the sunset, and a bald eagle even flew by. It felt like a proper ending 😊#SKtrip

We rushed out of our B&B this morning to make it as early as possible to Burncoat Head park to see the "world's highest tides" at low tide and walk on the ocean floor in one arm of the Bay of Fundy. It was such an incredible experience! They tell people to be careful not to walk in tidal pools and not to disturb anything. At high tide, the water reaches those trees on the "flower pot" rock.#SKtrip
