Tonight I dreamt I was driving a car downhill.

Tonight I dreamt I was driving a car downhill. But at a very tight turn the car slided and broke the barrier and fell down the cliff. It felt so real, the freefall sensation on my body, I hoped to die instantly, and wondered what I would feel like when passing away, and I closed my eyes, trying to relax and prepare for it...
After a few seconds:
> Ehi, how fucking long does it take for a car to fall down a cliff? How much high it was to begin with? I'm falling since 10 seconds, so considering ½gt² it's being more or less 500 meters...
After that I opened my eyes and realized it was a dream. In fact I was barefoot in a line full of people waiting at a library for the opening where I could get the new book from a famous writer. That looked the reality I wanted to live. -

You're such a nerd even your dreams have math in them.

@oblomov
It could be a case, but both my daughters are currently studying the laws of motion at physics (and they consider me like a sentient wikipedia), and I think that this kind of dream is, in reality a physics book's exercise... -

After 10 seconds of falling, you start wondering how high that cliff is. Assume standard gravity and no air friction.»

@oblomov yep, that's it.
