- TIME: yesterday morning~ish, pre-noon~ish, post-breakfast
- EFFORT:moderate logistics, emotions mostly well moderated
- PRIMARY: boring medical life with eighteen ICD-10 diagnostic codes
- RESULT: Good news! I'm back in weight target zone, for the first time in uhhh since 2017 ✨Partially to thank is one of my neuro-Rx, best described as "molecularly horrible torture", which makes eating quite unfun. so much unfun that the therapeutic prescribed dose requires ancillary Rx to reduce the "vomitus response". Good times. I don't like that Rx either, not into it.
Fortunately ice cream is still great, but losing sixteen pounds in two months without trying — I'll take that win, and another vanilla mini-size It's-It. 💝
